FSG Report Manager excel template display percentage symbol and solid underlines

 Hello,

I am working on an excel template for an FSG and what to display the percent symbol '%' on the output. I have tried using the percent format on the column and it gets ignored, I also tried adding a column with the percent format next to the column and if the row is blank it will display a percent symbol, if there is a value in the row it will display a pound sign '#'. Is there some trick to displaying the percent symbol.

Also the the underline from the FSG heading displays as '---------' is there a way to get a solid line '________' rendered?
