Error "Either bill rates, or conversion rates, or both are missing... " when edit Budgets

 Hi,

When trying edit the budget version to cost budget getting the
below error message :
'Either cost rates, or conversion rates, or both are missing for some
planning elements' . Do you have any idea to solve this error.
