Greater than 24 hours on an ESS Timecard ??

We are unable to enter more than 24 hours on a daily timecard using ESS Time Entry (P051125).  We have employees who could work 20 hours in a day and then get paid for Holiday (additional 8 hours).  The timecard will not accept this.  How have others handled this?
