Multiple Purchase orders are getting created for the same sales order ( Drop Shipment)

 Hello,

we are using oracel ebiz 11.5.10.1.  Some time multiple Po are getting created against one sales order for the same vendor, same location.  this happened very rarely but still it happens 2-3 times in a month. Is anyone else is experiencing this issue?  Any suggestion will be appreciated.
