Forecast consumption by customer and demand class

Hello,

We have forecast demand by customer and demand class (Project/Non-Project).

Can we do forecast consumption by customer AND demand class?

Or do we have to set up demand class for each combination of Customer-Project/non-project in order for consumption to take place correctly?
e.g. CustA-Proj, CustA-NonProj, CustB-Proj, CustB-NonProj

Is there a better way to do this?
