Bill Only with Approval and manual Fulfillment

 HI Gurus,

We have a the requirement where an order line passess through the following stages

1. Order is entered

2. Booked

3. Approval (After booking the order the Operation team owner needed to approve the order for proceeding to next step)

4. Awaiting fulfillment (Once the user goes into the system and makes it fulfilled, action could be releasing the hold or any other action)

5. Fulfilled

6. Closed

Note:- There is no inventory maintained, No shipping involved, fulfillment step should be done as and when service is performed

Which 'line flow' (Workflow) in order management should be used to meet this requirement,
