Oracle Announces the Availability of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Release 8.98.4.2

  The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools team announces the availability of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Maintenance Pack 8.98.4.2.  In addition to containing cumulative fixes for the 8.98.4.x code line, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Maintenance Pack 8.98.4.2 contains additional platform certifications.

 

-Deployment Server support for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2

-Development Client support for Microsoft Windows 7

  Please reference the MTR index for updates related to this maintenance pack release.  https://support.oracle.com/oip/faces/secure/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=745831.1   NOTE: Starting with Tools Release 8.98.4.2, we now have a new user-friendly naming convention for our Tools Components.  Now, the name of the Tools Components will represent the actual component.
