F0082H - Menu History file gets cleared during an upgrade

The F0082H - Menu History file gets cleared during an upgrade to a new release level, as well as an upgrade to a new update level, for e.g. an upgrade to A91 or to A92, or to A92 Update 1. If you want to retain the records in your F0082H file, after you perform the upgrade, you may delete the empty F0082H file and its logical, F0082HL@ from your new environment, and then restore them from a backup. The file has not changed since release A73, so it's safe to restore it to your environment at the new release.
