sysaux datafile issue in uat - file cannot be read at this time.

 Hello,

we are getting the following errors to our sysaux datafile after a recent server crash. How can we recover this datafile when the database is in ARCHIVELOG MODE and no backups or archivelogs are available?
ORA-00376: file 11 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 11: '/apps/oracle/EDR1U/u05/data/sysaux02.dbf'

Appreciate all the help.
