How do I make the Sales Order to be view only when drill in via Contact Center> Orders Tab >Details

 I have 3 responsibilities in which I want them to be able to drill into the details of the sales orders via Contact Center Orders Tab but I do NOT want them to have the ability to edit the sales order.

I assume I need to apply a forms personalization but I am unsure how to complete. 

Ideas? Articles?
