Replace default dbconsole (OEM) cerfificate with DoD certificate in Oracle 11g

My Oracle 11g release 2 dbconsole is secure using the default ssl certificate, but it comes up as an untrusted site when I try to access it.  I would like to replace this certificate with a DoD certificate and appropriate Certificate Authorities.  How do I go about changing the Oracle 11g dbconsole (OEM) secure certificate with a DoD certificate?  Thanks
