Can Standalone JDE E-1 9.0 be installed on a 64-bit system?

 I'm considering purchasing a new desktop PC, almost all of them come with a 64 bit system, installed with Windows 64-bit OS.  Is it possible to install JDE E-1 9.0 Standalone on a 64-bit machine?  If not, is Oracle considering offering the Standalone JDE software in a 64-bit version anytime soon?  I would think they would have to do this pretty soon.  It is getting pretty hard to buy 32-bit systems these days.
