Intemec CK3 Function Keys

 We are trying to get Intermec CK3 devices working with Oracle WMA.  Our problem is that the Function Keys F1, F2, F3 and F4 do not work through the GUI on the CK3, but do work fine with a desktop login.  There are various posts on line with regards to development, however this is not my area of expertise.  Intermec provided us with a gui_keys.ini file which was deployed onto our server.  We amended the deviceIP.ini file to reference the IP address range against this new file and also deployed a CAB file which Intermec provided to map these new
