iStore -- Can iStore be used by internal sales persons to place quotes for external customers

 Hi,

We have a requirement for our internal sales persons to place quotes through iStores for external customers. We turned on the quoting module but the requirement is that the internal sales persons will use iStore for placing the quotes.

Our current setups allow only external customers to place quotes/orders through istores. The customer defaults for these external customer users and they cannot change the customer.

For internal sales persons, there should be an option to select any customer, bill to and ship to and create a quote. I guess this is a standard business scenario. Can any one suggest how this is handled in iStore? Any white papers or pointers for the setups for this scenario?
