'Suddenly' my jvue service is not working and I don't know why?

The Agile admin team called down a few days ago and said 'Hey, the viewer in our prototype environment is acting funny, can you take a look?' So I did and sure enough I'm getting the following error on this page: http://agpy.plexus.com:8080/Filemgr/Configuration
So I click to see the error and it says
java.lang.Exception: Can't connect to the URL :http://agpy.plexus.com:8080/Filemgr/VueServlet Failed status code is :404
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.testConnection(FileManager.java:362)
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.checkViewerConnection(FileManager.java:204)
