Efficiency tracking between multiple plants producing the same product

 Has anyone developed any creative solutions for tracking production efficiency between two or more plants which manufacture the same product? 

FYI, Follow up:  We have determined that the most efficient way to do this is to 'override' the throughput values at the Recipe level for the required organizations, at least this seems to meet the requirement from a Cost perspective.
