SL3000 Library new Install, Error during Self Diagnostic Test ( CAP ,status failed ,Error needed har

hi, 

we have newly installed SL3000 Library .When we power on the library . SL3000 initializing without any error and there are no Amber LED.

BUT 

Through SL Console : When we go to Diagnostics page and perform a Self Test with mode "Disruptive".
All the tests are passed and Successful but one test i.e, for CAP fails with below mentioned error

Please note that without any problems , we are able to unlock/lock and open the CAP from SL console. it working perfectly fine.
but we are receiving above mentioned error while performing diagnostics test.
