Sales Order Altered after Booked

 Hi, I am making a sales order . I Book the sales order . But after Booking of Sales order the Quantity is still being altered for the booked line of sales order .... Why ? What is the reason behind it??

the Quantity should not as changed for the order  as the reservations are done for the quantity .
