Is It Mandatory to apply Solaris Patch 127111-02 for database upgrade to 10.2.0.4

  Dear Experts

    We have Oracle E-Bussiness Suite 11i having database 9.2.0.8  on Sun Solaris 10 sparc  .

    We need to upgrade it to 10.2.0.4.

     As per the readme of 10.2.0.4. patchset Solaris 10 should have patch 127111-02

     I want to know is it mandatory to apply patch 127111-02 or patch 127127-11 which has superceded .Because this is a major patch and i do not unnecessarily want to mess up with the OS.

 Experts please advice.
