Oracle Migration Techniques

 hi all,

can you please assist to share some of the methods that can be used to perform migration from legacy enviroment to new enviroment. for example from 9i oracle database to 10. is there any documentation that can be used show steps by steps migration using recreation controlfile if the database is huge.
