Capacity planning cannot be loaded in P6 web access

Hi All, When I directly checked a main-Role team capacity by Project, the data cannot be loaded.
But I checked the sub-Role team of the main-Role team, the data can be loaded, and after that, I checked the main-Role team, the data was shown up. What happened here?
Please advice.
