Clustered setup for Agile on WLS : Java Client doesn't work when one managed server is down.

 I have an issue with my clustered setup. (1 admin server + 1 managed server) + (1 managed server)

When both the managed server is up everything is working fine.

I have a web server(IIS).

But when i bring down the managed server manually(where admin server is also available) the Java Client doesn't work. It is trying access the managed server that is down.

The web client works perfectly fine.

Can anyone tell me what i have done worng in the configuration?
