Is there any tips that i find variance when i ran Item Ledger Account Integrity (R41543)

 In the end of month. i ran r41543 to check the integrity between F4111  and F0911.

and i always find there are some missings of F0911 in wo order complete.

I use interface from MES system to transfer data to JDE E1.

i find a truth is that it will miss journal entry when i use co-by product but normal product is ok.

is there anyone can tell me how should i do?
