URL for P6 Web Services v8

I have installed P6 Web Services, but do not know the URL to access the application. I have verified the WebLogic server is running and that the p6ws application is running on that server. The listen port for the server is 8000, and the context root is /p6ws. When I attempt to navigate to http://[IP address]:8000/p6ws, "Forbidden" is returned. I'm assuming there is additional path information needed after /p6ws, but cannot find it in the "P6 Web Services Administrator's Guide 8.0" document.
