acr 529 one step upgrade from sea 8.0 to sia 8.1.1

Hi,

 

This question is regarding ACR 529.

Customer is upgrading from 8.0  SEA to 8.1.1 SIA.

The SRSP 8.1 says that customers upgrading to 8.1.1.3 should first upgrade to 8.1.1 or 8.1.1.2 or 8.1.1.1.

Since the ACR 529 is included in 8.1.1.3, which allows users to run one-step upgrade only, could you please clarify what the above SRSP 8.1.1 statement means?

Should customers first Install 8.1.1.1 or 8.1.1.2 and then install 8.1.1.3 on top of it and then run the database upgrade (db conf wizard)? It is not clear to me since it is written “upgrade to and then upgrade to”.
