Credit and Collections Notification of promise Activity type 30 sent immediately and not on the tic

 Hi All

 

  I have a  question; I add a promise note Activity code 30- on April 5th. The tickler date is April 15. Why does the collection manager get the notice immediately-on April 5th. Is this the way this is supposed to work. THe email is misleading as it says the promise should have been fulfilled by today
