Multiple internal disk drive missing on netra 440 servers

Hi, I have several netra 440 servers, they are all facing the same issue, without apparent reasons Solaris loose communication with internal disks, removing then reinserting the disk always resolve the issue, but since there has been multiple case I wanted to know the cause and if a permanent solution could exist.
On each issue that happened so far, a single disk is missing, I have other servers (Sun Fire V440) running the same OS but not showing this issue.
I've checked for any possible bugs related to the Netra 440 server but found none.

Following is some details :
- All servers are running Solaris 9 9/04 s9s_u7wos_09
