Multiple internal disk drive missing on netra 440 servers

 Hi, I have several netra 440 servers, they are all facing the same issue, without apparent reasons Solaris loose communication with internal disks, removing then reinserting the disk always resolve the issue, but since there has been multiple case I wanted to know the cause and if a permanent solution could exist.
On each issue that happened so far, a single disk is missing, I have many Sun Fire V440 running the same OS without having this issue.
I've checked for any possible bugs related to Netra 440 on this matter but found none.
Please help on this.
