Is Oracle consolidating to only 4 tables in a database???

Has anyone heard anything about the oracle database consolidating to 4 tables? The Director I report to said a consulting company told him that. Are they "off their rockers" or is this something that's coming? I can't imagine all that data in 4 tables.
