P2V fails migrating Solaris 10 03/05 to zone on Solaris 10 09/10

I am trying to migrate all my physical SPARC Solaris 10 and Solaris 9 servers to zones on a Solaris 10 09/10 T5220.  I create a flash archive using the following command:

flarcreate -S -n  i1sol10 -L cpio -c -x /mnt/flar_images /mnt/flar_images/i1sol10_04012011.flar|tee /tmp/flar1.log

The flar file is scp'd to the Solaris 10 09/10 T5220.  I configure a basic zone:

zonecfg -z c1sol10-0305 -f /zone2/c1sol10-0305.cfg

I install the new ("old") Solaris 10 zone using the following command:

zoneadm -z c1sol10-0305 install -u -a /var/tmp/i1sol10_04012011.flar
