Actuate to BIP conversion Utility Error Issue

 Hi,

I am trying to convert Actuate Reports (6) in Siebel 7.5 to BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1.

While converting for the IO I am getting an error [microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data Source name not found and no default driver specified.

I have referred http://bipconsulting.blogspot.com/2010/01/whats-latest-with-siebel-actuate.html but it seems that we dont have any encryption on. Moreover blog says about siebel 8.x . We have Siebel 7.5.

Can anyone help to resolve this error.
