Optimizing the Database upgrade Script

We have started using the Siebel Upgrade Tuner to optimize the Siebel Database Upgrade Script. Our customer have 5 different PROD DB's. We want to optimize only one script.

We have the following questions:
- The Bookshelf says that the server in which the optimization has been must be used for the PROD upgrade. If we need to use different servers (because we are talking about different production environments sharing the same repository)... [Question 1] Could you please identify the list of server files to be copied across the servers that we will use to upgrade the different production environments?
- The Bookshelf says the the Siebel Upgrade Tuner helps us to identify the potential SQL sentences to be inactivated to increase performance. [Question 2] What if we identify a potential optimization in the syntax of the script? (Please see example bellow)
