Update Rejected Lead to Qualifying Status

 In the lead functionality, our sales managers are able to reject leads and provide a reason code, such as "insufficient data." Once a lead has been rejected, it does not appear possible to work on the lead any further.  How can a sales rep provides more data and update the status to be "Qualifying" again?  Thanks!
