Virtual Memory Paging issue

  Hi

We have a 2 node RAC 11g R2 database and keep seeing (under ADDM performance analysis) warning
"Significant virtual memory paging was detected on the host operating system of some instances"

the RAM is 16 GB on each session and SGA size is 7 GB

can someone shed some light into this
