Pathset p6810189 for x86_64 not available

 Hi,
I want to download patchset p6810189 for linux 64bit. I tried a few time but seem it missing. I try download with different platform and it's work. Why patchset for x86_64 not available? I want to patch database 10g from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.04 for production. Please assist me as i'm in critical situations.
