BRM 7.3.1 Pipeline error code 40007

Hello everyone,

Is there anyone familiar with pipeline error code 40007? In my environment, I got this error message:

07.04.2011 10:57:01 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 126) contains the errors :
07.04.2011 10:57:01 account database update failed for service (264898439) at (1293521811) gmt.
07.04.2011 10:57:01 The EDR is rejected.

After reading the BRM documentation, I found out that this error related to ERR_SERVICE_DB_UPDATE_FAILED. But it does not provide the solution for this problem. I wonder if someone has encountered this before.
