Running time of report in report builder and apps

 Hi

I have noticed that my report is running in approx 4 minutes when i run it from report builder and DB is Prod. But it take 15 to 20 minutes and sometimes more when i run it through apps server. DB is same prod. Any idea to improve or check what is the actual issue?
