Images Disappear from Excel Output

 I designed one RTF template. This template gathers data from Oracle Reports. Template works fine when I give the Output as PDF but when I give the output as EXCEL and try to open it, Images are gone.

So 2nd Question is why images are not displayed.

For Displaying the Images I followed the metalink note:
Image Does Not Display In XML Publisher Excel Output [ID 736897.1 ] but no success.

I embedded the images but even then its not displayed. The strange thing is it works well in PDF format but when I change it to EXCEL, images disappear and red X sign appears.
