Asynch descriptor resize wait event in Oracle

Recently I migrated to 11gR2 (11.2.0.2.0) . All works fine, but there are some selects that randomly spend a lot of time. In Wait events I can see "Asynch descriptor resize". Server is SUN solaris 10. How can I minimize the impact of this event ?¿.
