parallel resources utilization

 Hi,
We have 3 node RAC data warehouse on 10gR2(10.0.2.0.4) with 12 CPUs and parallel_threads_per_cpu=2 ?
During the night we have experienced that I lot of heavy ETL queries load.
- We want to understand how the parallel resources are being used during the night period.
- We also want to know which jobs(session/sql) are using parallel resources in night.

can anyone provide me the queries that can help me in this ?
