problem Open Cusor

 hello,

       I have a problem with open, I have seen in my database 18474 cursor open.
And I have seen the next trigger on insert a Table.
When I see this next trigger, I suppose that the number of cursor is open.
But I do know when Oracle System 'll close the cursor.
I look for a advice about cursor.
Is it better to manage my cursor by open_cursor in PL_SQL or is not necessary ?
