Unable to Use assorted popup attributes because they do not exist "Error in getting element definiti

 When doing personalizations on OAF pages we are unable to see some of the attributes on the personalizations screen.  For instance when creating a button that goes to an internal link.  We do not have the assorted popup attributes to select from and personalize.

When I create a new button I get the following error "Error in getting element definition of richContainer".  Below are our versions.
