Labor or Non Labor format attached to the award is not supported by Oracle Grants Accounting

 Hi

I'm in release 12.1 and I cannot enter awards because an error appears. The error is: Labor or Non Labor format attached to the award is not supported by Oracle Grants Accounting. Please refer to the user guide for the supported formats.

I followed the steps of the user guide but still the error occurs.
