Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SL8500 ASR support

We have a customer with a large number of SL8500 systems with LTO4 drives.

We see on the ASR public page that SL8500 tape units are ASR supported, but we are getting conflicting information

they are not.

Is the issue based on the LTO4 drives not being ASR supported? or can an SL8500 be fully supported by ASR

such that LTO4 drives are reported on.
