Oracle Automatic recon

Hi Guru's  Issue: Oracle Auto Recon -

Is there a process in Oracle to perform recons by account? Say, I establish an account on Oracle and I say I want auto recon for the account. is a way where Oracle has a recon process that would track this and be able to tell  which n individual items make up the x amount USD

we are on 11i
