Free Seminar Series: Using My Oracle Support with Oracle Database Products

Hi Everyone,
We are pleased to announce a webinar series entitled "Using My Oracle Support with Oracle Database Products". This series covers a variety of topics and is targeted toward assisting users of Oracle Database products to take advantage of certain key features found in My Oracle Support. The first webinars in this series, Using the New Certification Search for Database Product Certifications and Troubleshooting ORA-600/7445 Errors with the ORA-600/7445 Lookup Utility, are now available. Additional webinars are planned for release over the next few months. Refer to My Oracle Support Note 1300014.1 periodically for a schedule of upcoming events. You can also sign up to receive Database Support Newsletters and visit My Oracle Support Database Community for information on future webinars as well as other relevant Database Support Information.
