After Upgradation of Oracle EBS R11 to R12 Login page not displayed

Hi I have upgraded Oracle EBS R11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 all services are started successfully all services ends with status 0 but when I try to access main Login page i receive following error on browser

"The page cannot be displayed"


When i access server      "http://hostname.domian:port"
it redirects to http://hostname.domian:port/OA_HTML/AppsLogin     
I cannot find file AppsLogin in $OA_HTML location on server. File which exist there is AppsLocalLogin.jsp
/opt/d01/apps/apps_st/comn/webapps/oacore/html/AppsLocalLogin.jsp

Found following errors in /opt/d01/inst/apps/PROD_itreliance/logs/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/oacore_default_group_1/application.log
