5.2(.1) "WOW Features" Fact Sheet

We'd like to take this opportunity to share some of the latest improvements to My Oracle Support. The changes were rolled out in 5.2 and 5.2.1 in Oct. 2010 and Mar. 2011.

There were many performance and view enhancements in these releases (see the full release note) and we especially want to highlight the following "Top 4 WOW Features " for our Customers.

Certify Redesign

1. Certify has been redesigned to be more intuitive and easier to navigate

  • Greater efficiencies in Certification Browse & Search areas
    • Improvements in Certification Search performance
    • Less clicks required when browsing certify search results
