MFS Install issues R12.1.2

Hi Jos, We are having issues installing on few PC

1- During installation of MFS and after clicking on application icon, Oracle Database light10g Webtogo screen is blank and install does not complete and does not download remaining files.  You get internet explorer error, no page found.

2- Another issue with VM.  Could not reserve enough space for object heap.  JVM initialization failed

have you seen these before any help?
