11.2.0.2 RAC GRID Infrastructure install issues with SSH

 We are getting an odd issue when attempting a, 11.2.0.2 RAC install. In one case the OUI fails on SCP file transfer, and in the other, it appears to be looking for files in the /etc/ssh directory, in specific the sshd_config.
Our security department uses the Tectia SSH product, and it is installed in /etc/ssh2.

Does anyone know why the failures would occur?  I figure the sshd_config issue could be solved by a symbolic link to the Tectia directory (/etc/ssh2/ssh-server-config.xml)  Any ideas?

I am stumped!
